We are repeat clients of All Class Building. Shaun & his team built our new home in Narrabundah, it was a knock down rebuild. Shaun managed the whole project from demolition, design, government approvals, building, window coverings, landscaping including garden design and planting while constantly consulting us on our requirements. The Timeline of the build was given in advance subject to situation changes like weather, bush fires, pandemic. Despite these and some additional work I wanted done Shaun was able to deliver within a few days of the projected timeline as the team usually handles only one project at a time. The Quality of build was to perfect standards. The construction was completed in 8 months including one month off for Christmas break as opposed to 2 years for my previous builder.
I have no hesitation in recommending the All Class team if you need building services.

“Having previously engaged Shaun and his team for a house extension we had no hesitation in approaching him again for a kitchen makeover with few other significant extras thrown in i.e converting our wood fire to gas, replacing our front doors and surrounds and installing a courtyard awning. Such was our level of confidence we left the country for the 4 weeks Shaun estimated he would need. We arrived home to a beautifully completed project. Not only was everything at or mostly above expectation but in true Shaun style there was not a speck of dust or stray tool to be seen (sorry, I tell a lie, one of the workmen left a sanding disc!). He completed the job with a handover and demonstration and copies of all relevant documents and a bottle of French bubbles which we will use to toast a job well done. Generally, it is true that as the old saying goes ‘you get what you pay for’. In Shaun’s case the cost reflects the care and craftsmanship that goes in to his work and the near certainty that he will do what he says he will do in the time he says it will take. It is pretty hard to argue with that.”

"Shaun and his team at All Class Building (ACB) & Management Services undertook a major reno of my kitchen & laundry in a Swinger Hill townhouse. From Shaun’s initial inspection of the scope of works, I felt confident that I was dealing with a true professional. Throughout the design phase including a few visits to their Fyshwick showroom, it became apparent that ACB were indeed, “all class” with their proposed service, process and end product.
The scheduled time-frame for works progress and completion were fully explained – and importantly, adhered to. The team arrived on time on the commencement day and for the next 5 weeks, they worked meticulously until the project was complete. All the tradies turned up in turn, as scheduled; completed their tasks to a very high standard, and left. – no mucking about here!
It is rare these days in Canberra to get tradies to actually turn-up or to undertake “small” projects but I can only highly recommend ACB’s willingness to do so – they even cleaned-up at cob each day- which is even rarer!"

"Shaun was the project manager for ACT Endoscopy a new 2 theatre, 14 bed recovery day hospital in Canberra completed in late 2011. The project took 3 months to complete. He maintained close contact with the architect, builder and myself. His responsibilities included: - Costing of initial project and subsequent variations - Supervision of subcontractors both during and after hours work - Problem solving for unexpected design changes including audiovisual installation, cleaning room facilities - Coordination of an ongoing maintenance program including electrical safety testing, automatic door service, medical gases certification/maintenance It was a real pleasure to know that our day hospital was closely supervised by a professional project manager, Shaun.
